Cookie Policy

This document explains what cookies this website (the “Site”) – covering Tower Rush by Galaxsys and comparing casinos where the game is available – uses and why. Read it together with our Privacy document.
rn
rnCookies here do three things: they keep pages loading and working correctly, tell us in aggregate which Tower Rush content gets genuine reader engagement, and let us receive credit when someone who clicked from here registers at a casino. None of this requires identifying you personally.
rn
rnUsing the Site after the consent banner appears without changing settings means accepting non-essential cookies. Necessary cookies are always active; the Site cannot work without them.

// What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small data file a website deposits on your device when you visit. Your browser stores it and may return it on later visits, allowing the site to recall preferences or recognize returning users. Cookies hold data only – they cannot run programs or access other files. We use “cookies” to also cover pixel tags and browser local storage.

// Types in Use

Necessary. Core Site operation: navigation, security, display. Always active, no consent required. Blocking them breaks the Site.

Analytics. Aggregate engagement data: which Tower Rush pages attract attention, how long visitors stay, what referred them. Statistical only, no individual profiling.

Affiliate tracking. Set when you click through to a partner casino, recording the referral origin. A click event and a timestamp. No personal identification, no casino-side tracking.

Preference. Stores your consent choices and display settings between visits.

The Consent Banner

First visit: three options – accept all non-essential, decline all, or open a detailed settings panel to choose by category. Browse without choosing and only necessary cookies run. Inaction is not treated as consent.

Your choice is stored in a preference cookie. Clear all cookies and the banner returns on your next visit. New categories of non-essential cookie always get a fresh consent request.

This system works as stated: declining a category stops those cookies from running. It is not a cosmetic change.

// Third-Party Cookies

Primarily Google Analytics under its own data processing terms. No ad networks, retargeting services, or data brokers on this Site. Nothing here supports behavioral advertising.

Once an affiliate cookie is set and you navigate to a casino, our visibility ends completely. We cannot see your Tower Rush sessions, your Cashout timing, whether any bonus event (Frozen Floor, Temple Floor, Triple Build) was active, or your balance. The only information we eventually receive is whether a commission was credited by the casino’s own affiliate system, and that report contains no personal data about you.

There is no live data connection between this Site and any casino. The cookie records one event: a click originating from here. Everything that follows – your Tower Rush play, your Cashout decisions, your bonus event activity, your balance – is on the casino’s infrastructure and completely inaccessible to us. Questions about specific sessions should go to the casino.

Where Our Visibility Stops

No live data connection exists between this Site and any casino. The affiliate cookie records a click. After that, your activity on the casino platform – including all Tower Rush gameplay – is on the casino’s infrastructure and inaccessible to us. Questions about specific sessions or Provably Fair verification results should go to the casino that ran those sessions.

// Cookie Controls

Three options: our on-site preference tool (first visit plus always available in the footer link); your browser’s native controls; or Google’s Analytics opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Browser paths: Chrome → Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies. Firefox → Settings → Privacy & Security. Safari → Preferences → Privacy. Edge → Settings → Cookies and site permissions.

Turning off non-essential cookies does not block any Tower Rush content. It may reduce personalization and means we cannot attribute a casino referral if you later register. We accept that as the consequence of respecting user choice.

One thing worth confirming explicitly: this consent system works as described. Declining a category genuinely stops those cookies from running on your device. It is not a display-state change with cookies still operating in the background.

Blocking Necessary Cookies

Blocking all cookies at the browser level including necessary ones can break the consent tool, which uses a preference cookie to store your decision, creating a banner loop. Use the on-site preference panel for granular control to avoid this.

// Consent and Withdrawal

Category-level consent: accept analytics, decline affiliate tracking, or any combination. Withdraw at any time through the preference panel; new non-essential cookies stop immediately and prior processing is unaffected.

This granularity matters: you are not forced into all-or-nothing. If you want our analytics to tell us which Tower Rush content gets genuine engagement while not being tracked for referral attribution, that combination is available through the preference panel.

// Cookies and Personal Data

Where a cookie handles data qualifying as personal data under applicable law, our Privacy document governs: legal basis, retention, and rights. Analytics cookies anonymize IP addresses before storage. Affiliate cookies record clicks and timestamps, not identities.

// Do Not Track

No binding standard governs how websites must respond to browser Do Not Track signals. This Site does not currently adjust behavior in response to them. Section 6 provides reliable controls.

// Updates

We update this document when cookie usage changes. The current version is always published here with a new effective date.

We also review our third-party tool relationships periodically. If a provider changes how it processes data, we reassess whether the arrangement remains appropriate and update descriptions if needed.
